The search button on the left side of the page can be used to find a particular product. Enter the product code and press the Search button. If the product is found, the page the product is on will be displayed with the product showing.
In addition to a search, you can jump to a page in the store by its corresponding catalog page number. Also, from any page you are on in the store, the 'Next' button will take you to the next catalog page and the 'Prev' button will take you to the previous page in the catalog.

Text size can be adjusted in your browser. For FireFox or Internet Explorer, go to the View menu and the Text Size sub-menu. From there you can increase or decrease text size to taste. Note that this will affect all the web pages you go to until you change it.

The DripWorks store uses 'cookies' to store certain bits of information about your shopping session. The cookie is stored on your computer and is not an 'executable' program, so it cannot spread any virus. You can modify your browser to accept cookies which will allow you to use our shopping cart system.

For Internet Explorer, cookies can be enabled by going to the Tools menu and selecting Internet Options. On the Security tab press the Custom Level button. Find the Cookies section and set the allow cookies options to Enable.

For Netscape, cookies can be enabled by going to the Edit menu and selecting the Preferences option. Select the Privacy group of settings from the left side menu. Change the Cookie Acceptance setting to Accept all cookies. You can always set it back to your original setting after you are done shopping at DripWorks.

Everliner at DripWorks is a California corporation so we charge California sales tax for any orders that are shipped within California. Sales tax will be charged at the rate in effect at the location your items are shipped to.

Our retail customers are charged based on a fixed schedule that you can view here.   Expedited orders, such as next day or second day, are charged at the cost of shipping plus a $5 handling charge.   Pond kits, EPDM Liners and wholesale customers are charged the actual cost of shipping which is determined when the order is packed for shipment. Polyethylene liners are shipped freight free within the continental United States. For orders to Hawaii and Alaska, please call for a freight quote.   We can provide a shipping quote upon request at the time that you place your order.

DripWorks ships most orders by UPS ground unless you request expedited shipping. Very small orders may be sent by Priority Mail. Larger pond liners are shipped by common carrier. Someone must be present to inspect and accept delivery when the liner is delivered by common carrier. You must also have the equipment needed to unload the liner. For this reason, when common carriers are involved, we often suggest having it delivered to a local business with a loading dock or fork lift.

For UPS orders, if we have your email address on file, a UPS tracking number will be emailed to you by UPS within 48 hours of shipment. You can also call us to find out the status of your order.
