Shipping Policy

Pond Liner and Geotextile Shipping

All Polyethylene liners are shipped FREIGHT FREE in the continental United States. For orders to Hawaii and Alaska please call for freight quotes. Someone must be present to inspect and accept delivery when delivered by commercial trucking lines.
 
With EPDM liners, Geotextile and Pond Kits, shipping cost is not included in the price. Small liners (up to 150 lbs.) are shipped by UPS. Large liners are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Your freight cost will be actual freight charges plus $10.00 via common carrier (Yellow Freight, Conway, etc.). The shipping usually costs from $65 to $200. If possible, have this shipped to a business address. With UPS, it is cheaper to ship to a business than it is to a residence. For larger liners that come by common carrier, you may want (or need) a forklift to get the liner off of the truck. Consider the weight of the liner in your plans. Delivery time is 5-12 working days. Someone must be there to accept delivery. Please inspect your liner before signing the freight bill. Most common carriers will not help with unloading. You will need to supply manpower/equipment to unload these rolls. EPDM liner rolls are usually 8 to 10 feet long, 16 to 24 inches in diameter and can weigh 150 to 750 pounds or more.

Ground Delivery Service

Our normal shipping is via United Parcel Service (UPS Ground Service). See the chart below for our retail order shipping rates. We can also ship UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3 Day Service upon request at an additional charge.

Standard Retail Shipping Rates

Please note that Everliner only ships to the USA, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and Canada. We are happy to work with freight forwarders for our international customers.

Our standard shipping is via UPS Ground Service for packages over 2 pounds. Smaller orders are shipped by Priority Mail to your Bill-To address. See the chart below for our standard retail shipping rates. We can also ship UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3 Day Service. These orders will be charged actual freight plus a $2.00 per box handling charge.

Priority Mail

Our standard shipping method for small shipments that weigh under 2 pounds is Priority Mail. These orders are charged $8.00 for all states.   Delivery time is 3 days or less. Very small orders of 0.4 lbs or less may be sent by First Class.

Priority Mail is generally the lowest cost method to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. You may also request Priority Mail to other destinations (on the Order Note in the shopping cart), but it will generally be more than the standard shipping rate. Priority Mail orders that weigh above 2 pounds will be charged the actual postal charges + $2.00 handling per box. Please call for rates.

Plus Freight Items

Some items are marked as shipping "plus freight". These are generally heavier items that are costly to ship. For these items, the actual freight cost will be added to the shipping for the order.

Returns Policy

Please open and inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your order was damaged in shipment, please save the box and all packing material and call us as soon as possible at 800-522-3747. We will assist you in filing a claim and replacing your damaged product.

For Claims under Manufacturer's Warranty, call us and we will ship a replacement on an open invoice. All returns must have an RMA number displayed on the outside of the packaging. As long as you return the defective product within 45 days your credit card will not be charged. If we do not receive the part back then, after 45 days, we will charge your credit card for the new product that was sent out.

Products returned for other reasons will be charged a 10% restocking fee if returned within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days a 20% restocking fee will be applied and after one year parts are not returnable. Custom made items are not returnable. Special orders of non-catalog items will be handled on an individual basis but are usually non-returnable. You are responsible for freight back to us. You must call us at 800-522-3747 for an RMA number before returning a product.

No SPAMMING! No selling Mailing List

We do not sell our mailing list and do not send out spam emails. We do email you a copy of the invoice when you order on-line and we may send you UPS tracking information on your order after it ships. In the future we plan to offer a periodic email newsletter that we will offer you the opportunity to subscribe to. In our store we offer a secure ordering facility and do not store credit card numbers on-line. The credit card numbers are kept in our in-house mail order management system for your convenience when placing repeat orders.

Log Files

We use IP addresses, browser type, time of day, to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to individually identifiable information.

Registration

Our site uses a catalog request form for customers to request that a catalog be sent to them. The information collected is the contact information necessary to mail a catalog to the customer. We will also use this information to mail catalogs to the customer in subsequent years. This contact information is not sold or offered to any third parties.

We collect a customer's contact information (like their email address), and financial information (like their account or credit card numbers) during checkout from our store for the purpose of processing their order. The customer's contact information is used to get in touch with them when necessary, i.e., in the event there is a problem processing an order. The customer contact information is used to send out a current catalog and to send catalogs in subsequent years. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services. The customer ID numbers are assigned to Web site visitors to verify the user's identity. A separate customer number will be assigned by our in-house mail order program for use as account numbers in our record system.

Everliner.com is the sole collector of information on our web site, and the information collected is not shared with any 3rd parties.

We may use navigational data about where individuals come from to evaluate the effectiveness of our advertising and web presence, however, this information is not collected at an individually identifiable level and we do not disclose this information to third parties.

We may use cookies with individual identifiers to support site personalization, or eCommerce features (like your shopping cart.) The cookies that are used in our on-line store are set to expire after 24 hours to allow you to return to a partially filled shopping cart during that time period.

Security

This website takes every precaution to protect our users’ information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line. When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Firefox, Netscape Navigator or Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when you are just ‘surfing’. While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user-information off-line. All of our users’ information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our billing clerk or a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information. Finally, the servers that we store personally identifiable information on are kept on our local network and are not accesible from the Internet.
