Attach the female (waterstop) end of this set to the male end of any hose to stop water flow while changing hoses, nozzles, or sprinklers. When the fittings are disconnected, the water stops immediately. As soon as the fittings are reconnected, the water flow starts. YOU NEVER HAVE TO GO BACK TO THE FAUCET TO SHUT OFF THE WATER!
