Barbed fittings are simple slip in fittings that can be used for all
Flatube or
polyethylene irrigation tubing.
Push the tubing over the end of the barb fitting until it feels snug.
For schedule 40 fittings (Heavy Duty) use Hose Clamps to secure the tubing
onto the barb fitting for Flatube or for polytubing if the water pressure is above 20 pounds.
All of the 1/2" barbed fittings are designed for use with "standard" 1/2" utility or NSF poly pipe
and OUR drip tubing (The true ID on all these tubings is actually 5/8").
