In some cases a setting needs to be changed in Norton Internet Security to
allow you to use the shopping cart in our store. This page shows the steps
to go through to change the "Enable Browser Privacy" setting.

If things are operating correctly, you will see a message in the upper right area of the screen
showing the number of items in your cart and the total cost. When you go to the shopping cart
you will see the items that you have added to the cart.
If this is not the case, and you are using Norton Internet Security, there is a setting
in that program that may need to be changed.

Try changing your Norton Internet Security setting for Browser Privacy as follows:

Bring up Norton Internet Security and select 'Status & Settings'. Click on
'Privacy Control' and then on 'Configure'.
This shows the setting that needs to be changed:

Click on the 'Customize Level' button to bring up the 'Customize Privacy Settings'
popup. Uncheck the 'Enable Browser Privacy' box. Close the windows and then
try adding an item to your shopping cart again. If this doesn't work for you, please
