Please note that DripWorks only ships to the USA, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and Canada. We are happy to work with freight forwarders for our international customers.

Our standard shipping is via UPS Ground Service for packages over 2 pounds. Smaller orders are shipped by Priority Mail to your Bill-To address. See the chart below for our standard retail shipping rates. We can also ship UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3 Day Service. These orders will be charged actual freight.
Please call for expedited shipping rates.

We try to ship the same day that an order is received and the normal UPS transit time is from 1 to 7 business days, depending on where you live. Before requesting expedited shipping, you may want to check the UPS Ground delivery time chart to see the expected travel time.

Our standard shipping method for small shipments that weigh under 2 pounds is Priority Mail. These orders are charged $8.00 for all states.   Delivery time is 3 days or less. Very small orders of 0.4 lbs or less may be sent by First Class.

Priority Mail is generally the lowest cost method to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. You may also request Priority Mail to other destinations (on the Order Note in the shopping cart), but it will generally be more than the standard shipping rate. Priority Mail orders that weigh above 2 pounds will be charged the actual postal charges. Please call for rates.

Please note: Unless you request otherwise, Priority and First Class mail will be sent to your Bill-To address.

Some items are marked as shipping "plus freight". These are generally heavier items that are costly to ship. For these items, the actual freight cost will be added to the shipping for the order.

Please open and inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your order was damaged in shipment, please save the box and all packing material and call us as soon as possible at 800-522-3747. We will assist you in filing a claim and replacing your damaged product.

For Claims under Manufacturer's Warranty, call us and we will ship a replacement on an open invoice. All returns must have an RMA number displayed on the outside of the packaging. As long as you return the defective product within 45 days your credit card will not be charged. If we do not receive the part back then, after 45 days, we will charge your credit card for the new product that was sent out.

Products returned for other reasons will be charged a 10% restocking fee if returned within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days a 20% restocking fee will be applied and after one year parts are not returnable. Custom made items are not returnable. Special orders of non-catalog items will be handled on an individual basis but are usually non-returnable. You are responsible for freight back to us. You must call us at 800-522-3747 for an RMA number before returning a product.

DripWorks, Inc. has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for this website: dripworksusa.com. Any changes or updates to our privacy practices will be updated through our website.

We do not sell or rent our email list to third parties and we do not send out spam emails. We do email you a copy of the invoice when you order on-line and we may send you tracking information on your order after it ships. We have an opt-in newsletter that we send periodically to subscribers. In the future we may occasionally send you an email with specials or other information pertinent to our product line. If you do not want to receive emails other than invoice copies and tracking information, you can email your request to sales@dripworksusa.com and we will be happy to honor your request.

In our store we offer a secure ordering facility that uses SSL encrypting to protect your information. We transmit your information from our website to our office using encrypted email and we do not store credit card numbers on-line. The credit card numbers are kept in our in-house mail order management system for your convenience when placing repeat orders. Credit card information is used only to complete purchases made at Dripworks.

We do store your address information on-line to facilitate your ordering. The information is stored with your email address as your login and with a password of your choosing. If you wish to change any part of your bill-to or ship-to address you can do so during the checkout process. Your email address and password cannot be changed on-line for your protection. If you wish to change your email address and/or password just send us an email at sales@dripworksusa.com and we will be happy to take care of that for you. Be sure to include your old email address with your request.

The customer ID numbers are assigned to Web site visitors to verify the user's identity. A separate customer number will be assigned by our in-house mail order program for use as account numbers in our record system.

Our site uses a catalog request form for customers to request that a catalog be sent to them. The information collected is the contact information necessary to mail a catalog to the customer. This information is stored in our mail order software and will also be used to mail catalogs to the customer in subsequent years.

Mailing addresses are stored in our in-house mail order software from orders that are received and from catalog requests. From time to time we may share our customer postal mailing list with companies that offer products and services the we believe may be of interest to you. If you do not wish to be included, please email your removal request to sales@dripworksusa.com including your full name and address. If you do not wish to receive any future mailings from Dripworks, please indicate that as well.

We use IP addresses, browser type and time of day, to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to individually identifiable information.

This site contains links to other sites. Dripworks.com is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Web sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of each and every web site that collects personally identifiable information. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by this Web site.

Dripworks.com is the sole collector of information on our web site, and the information collected is not shared with any 3rd parties.

We may use navigational data about where individuals come from to evaluate the effectiveness of our advertising and web presence, however, this information is not collected at an individually identifiable level and we do not disclose this information to third parties.

We may use cookies with individual identifiers to support site personalization, or eCommerce features (like your shopping cart.) The cookies that are used in our on-line store are set to expire after 24 hours to allow you to return to a partially filled shopping cart during that time period.

This website takes every precaution to protect our users’ information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line. When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Firefox, Netscape Navigator or Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when you are just ‘surfing’. While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user-information off-line. All of our users’ information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our billing clerk or a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information. Finally, the servers that we store personally identifiable information on are kept on our local network and are not accesible from the Internet.
