The Smart Pot aeration container is the best growing container available and
will make a large difference in the growth of your plants. It is made of a strong
porous geotextile material that eliminates problems like root circling and
over-watering. The Smart Pot’s ability to air prune the roots makes it much
better than ordinary plastic or ceramic containers.
Smart Pots are reusable and typically last between 3-5 years. If you are done using a Smart Pot for the season, we recommend brushing out any roots or debris and giving the pot a good rinsing. After it dries out bring it indoors and store it until you are ready to use it again for the next growing season. This will prolong the life of the Smart Pot and most likely extend it past the expected 5 year life span.
