Baccara In-line Valves

Hunter Jar Top Valve Professional Quality

Rainbird Anti-Siphon Valve
This is the only anti-siphon valve we have found

Valve Assemblies
Faucet to Valve Setup
This manifold system comes assembled, teflon-taped and ready to attach to your faucet.
Extra valves can easily be added using the TMBVHAD.
You will need to add connectors (below) and a length of Direct Burial Wire (below)
from your timer to the valves.
You may also need filters and regulators.
The set up includes a 5' length of high pressure hose (HPEX5),
and all the parts including a 3/4" valve.
We adapt the outlet of the valve to male hose thread.

Automatic Distribution Valves High Flow Only
These valves serve a unique need for large sprinkler or farm drip systems.
They enable one high flow battery timer, such as the
TDGHF, the
Dig battery timers or any of our
electric timers with a
valve to water up to six zones with one valve.
Every time the water shuts off, the distributor switches to the next outlet.
The watering time for each outlet can vary and is dependent upon the controller
and not the distribution valve.
The cams can be easily changed to increase or decrease the number of zones
to be watered.
There is a small amount of water flow between the outlets when the
system is operating.
Automatic Distribution Valves are very reliable and will last for years.
They are easily serviced, having only one moving part and eight total parts.
Operating Requirements:
- Pressure Range: 25-75 PSI
- Must be installed at the highest point in the system
- Any outlet not used must have a 12" long pipe glued
into it with a cap on the end and a 1/8" hole drilled into it for draining
- There must be a minimum 30 second delay between the
end of one watering cycle and the beginning of the next (time is needed for the
pressure to dissipate and the cam to advance
- The body of the valve is ABS. Use All Purpose Cement
for gluing PVC fittings to it. The glue must sit for 12 hours before
pressurizing the system.

Rain Sensor and Pump Start Relay
Rain Sensor - Normally Closed
The Mini-Clik rain sensor has moisture absorbing disks
that swell during rain then shrink during dry periods.
This makes the Mini-Clik more accurate than other
style sensors.
It can be adjusted for either 1/3", 1/4", 1/2",
3/4" or 1" of rain.
This sensor will work with any of our electric timers.

Gel-Filled Connectors
Limited to stock on hand
A silicon filled connector for 2 or 3 wires to make
permanent, waterproof electrical connection between
valves and timers.
Use pliers to clamp down and create a solid connection.
NO STRIPPING OR TWISTING OF WIRES IS NECESSARY.

Multi Splice Enclosure
This enclosure is designed for multiple splices in wet
or underground locations.
It has a special grease filling and cap for up to
four connections.
Just connect the wires with wire nuts, insert
into the grease filling and snap shut.

Wire nuts for joining small gauge wires together.
Connect two or three 18 gauge wires in each.

Direct Burial Wire - 18 Gauge
The only wire (solid core) recommended for automatic systems.
It can be used with or without conduit.
Low current requirements make it possible to have
wire runs of up to 500' between the valves and the controller.
One central controller can operate valves in many locations.
To determine the needed number of strands, count your
valves and add one wire for the common ground.
Thus three strand wire is designed for two valves
with a common ground, five strand wire is used for up to 4 valves.
NOTE: If there is any chance of adding a valve in the
future, it's a good idea to size the wire for that possibility now.
